The Challenge: Diamond Trading Company wanted to generate online interest in their “Right Hand Ring” advertising campaign.
The Solution: Peersuasion turned out to be a diamond’s best friend. With a compelling offer to win a diamond ring, we created a Peersuasion program that originated from multiple entry points: websites, online ad units and email. Visitors would provide their name and email address, select their favorite ring style, answer 5 questions and submit their entry. Additionally, they could earn more sweepstakes entries by forwarding the offer to their friends.
The Results:
- Open rates in excess of 50%
- Participants forwarded an average of 3.5 emails each
- Referral participation rate of nearly 50%
- Added over 100,000 members to the database (18% growth)
- Brought over 85,000 unique visitors to the adiamondisforever.com website following program participation
