The Challenge: Equinox Fitness is an upscale provider of fitness clubs in New York, Chicago, and California, and it employs a geographically diverse sales force. In order to maintain control over the sales team’s message, Equinox wanted to provide the sales force with pre-approved communications that could be personalized and sent to potential members via email.

The Solution: Mass Transmit’s Approved Emailer application allowed Equinox’s corporate communications team to create unique, visual email campaigns that addressed various sales team situations, including new inquiries, visitors to the club, corporate membership programs, thank-you messages, and follow-ups. Sales people could select a message, enter the recipients’ information and any custom fields (such as costs, locations, and company names), and add their own personal note.

The Results: Prospects received emails that looked and sounded the way Equinox wanted them to, including a personal touch. And the Equinox sales team had an easy-to-use online tool that cut their communication time in half while improving the look and effectiveness of their message.
