Pearson EdNebula Educator Community

The Challenge: Pearson Education wanted to create an environment where they could provide educators with the opportunity to connect and share ideas, trends and best practices.

The Solution: Mass Transmit created EdNebula.com – a space for educators. EdNebula is an online community built using Joomla CMS and JomSocial. The site was heavily customized and now provides a branded space with lots of functions for social sharing.

Users can create profiles and post status updates, write blog posts, upload images, audio and video, create events, participate in message board discussions and much more.

The Results: EdNebula is still in beta, but the initial results look positive. Membership is growing and more and more educators are using the site to connect and share. Stay tuned for more updates soon.
