The Challenge: Virgin Atlantic Airways wanted an innovative way to gather data about current and prospective passengers that extended beyond the traditional gathering techniques.
The Solution: Mass Transmit created an ongoing, Web-based panel to survey frequent flyers and other audiences.
Flying Club members receive a customized email invitation that links to a fun, easy-to-use survey page, which elicits information relevant to the user’s demographic.
The Results: To date, response to the online panel surveys has been staggering. Over 10% of initial respondents have completed multiple surveys, providing detailed information about flying habits and preferences. Results are compiled to generate aggregate survey findings. In addition, some results are tagged against users’ database records to enhance specific user marketing databases.
