Mass Transmit CEO Adam Q. Holden-Bache will be speaking on a panel during the session “Using the Right Metric for the Right Job” at the Email Evolution Conference. He will be joined by panelists Luke Glasner of Glasner Consulting, Dela Quist of Alchemy Worx Inc. and Ryan Hoffman of Responsys.
Holden-Bache will be presenting details on the SAME Email Marketing Metrics Standards as defined by the Email Experience Council’s SAME project (Support Adoption of Metrics for Email). The SAME project aims to standardize email marketing metrics across the industry. Holden-Bache served on the EEC Measurement Accuracy Roundtable that established the metrics standards and has been an advocate of spreading the standards across the email marketing industry.
Mass Transmit’s email marketing platform, Email Transmit, was one of the first two ESPs to implement the new standards. Since then several other email service platforms and CRM systems have adopted the SAME project metrics.
